Buying YouTube views: what changes?

It changes the counter on the video, from profiles of global origin. That is the whole agreement.

What it does not change is watch time — and that distinction is the most useful thing on this page, because watch time is what YouTube's recommendation runs on.

Why the distinction matters more here than anywhere else

YouTube is unusually explicit that its system optimises for satisfaction and watch time, not for raw view counts. A view that arrives and does not watch produces no watch time, and therefore moves none of the signals that decide whether a video gets recommended.

It also matters for a sponsored or embedded video, where the count is read by whoever commissioned the piece rather than by a browsing viewer.

Views do not drop the way followers do — once counted, they stay counted — so this service has no refill and needs none. The page says "views do not drop" rather than leaving a blank where a guarantee would be, because a blank reads as something withheld.
